Implieddigital – Digital Marketing Agency issue (No refund) but we tend to revise project till buyer satisfaction (T&C Applied).

  1. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide timely feedback, assets, and approvals.

  1. Intellectual Property

All content created by us remains our property until full payment is received. After that, it is transferred to the client unless otherwise agreed.

  1. Termination

Either party may terminate a project with written notice. Unpaid work completed until that point must be compensated.

  1. Disclaimer

We do not guarantee specific results due to the nature of digital marketing.

  1. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Faridabad /India.
